If your presentation has been selected as an oral presentation, your registration and payment for this conference must be received by 18 January for the "oral presentation" status to be maintained. If by any chance we do not have your registration and payment by this date we shall change the status of your submission to a poster presentation.
Welcome/Keynote Lectures – 60 min Invited Lectures – 30 min (25 min talk, 5 min questions) Contributed Oral Presentations – 20 min (15 min talk, 5 min questions)
Power Point Presentations - Must be set up prior to beginning of session. Preferred form: Bring the presentation on a CD or memory stick that is compatible with a PC computer. Alternatively: Personal laptop computers may be used, but compatibility with the LCD projector must be ensured prior to the start of the session. Make sure to bring the presentation in a CD or memory stick as a backup. Overheads or slides: Please inform the ISE Office if an overhead projector or slide projector will be needed, otherwise they will not be provided.
Poster Presentations
If your presentation has been selected as a poster, in order to have your poster presentation listed in the printed program, registration and payment must be received before 1 February. Registrations and payments of poster presenters received at a later date will allow posters to be presented although they will not be listed in the program.
Poster dimensions may be no larger than 100 cm width by 150 cm height.
Appropriate materials will be provided to allow you to attach your poster to the board.
More details on the presentation times will be divulged at a later date.
